Easter
Tomorrow is Easter and I have had some decorations up for a while but am just now getting to posting. Here are a few pictures of Easter around my house...
We all have memories of Easter... getting a new Easter dress, candy and baskets from the Easter bunny, but the main reason we have Easter is because of the Resurrection on the third day of Jesus. So when with family and friends tomorrow remember the reason to celebrate even though bunnies and candy are wonderful!

You are so right! Holidays now are so commercialized that the real reason we are to celebrate is lost.
ReplyDeleteEaster should be celebrated because God loved us so much he sent his son, Jesus (a PERFECT man),to die on a cross for OUR sins, so that we could live an eternal life in Heaven - all we are ask to do is to repent of our sins and ask him to live in our hearts.
So much given, so little he ask!
